• Condition: To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Hassle-Free Exchange: We offer a 7-day, "no questions asked" exchange policy for standard items.

2. Customized Items (Non-Returnable)

Please note that customized blouses are made specifically to your measurements and requirements. As these are bespoke pieces crafted just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on customized blouses. We recommend double-checking your measurements before placing an order to ensure a perfect fit.
