1. Standard Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Condition: To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Hassle-Free Exchange: We offer a 7-day, "no questions asked" exchange policy for standard items.

2. Customized Items (Non-Returnable)

Please note that customized blouses are made specifically to your measurements and requirements. As these are bespoke pieces crafted just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on customized blouses. We recommend double-checking your measurements before placing an order to ensure a perfect fit.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start the process, please contact our customer service team via email. Be sure to include:

• Your Order Number
• The Reason for the return or exchange

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its original condition:

• Method: We will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit for the purchase price.
• Processing Time: Once the refund is processed, it will take 5 to 12 business days to reflect in your account.
• Payment Modes: We process refunds via Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, and Bank Transfer.
• Note: We do not provide cash refunds (Cash back).

• Customized Blouses: Because these pieces are made specifically for you, they require extra attention. Please allow at least 3 business days for your customized order to be crafted and shipped.
• Delivery Variables: Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your destination. Please note that transit times may be longer during holidays or peak periods.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email and on whatsapp containing your tracking information. You can track your package by:

• Clicking the link provided in the confirmation email.
• Logging into your account on our website.
